My light in the shadows
My shelter from the storm
The air when it’s hard to breathe
That keeps me going on
The stitches when I’m hurt
The “way home” when I’m lost
The clear-blue of the river
The bridge so I can cross
The moments that become memories
The sound so I can laugh
My protector when I’m threatened
You are my other half

Wedding: Marisa + Mason | Orange County Wedding Photographer | Thomas F. Riley Wilderness Park | Manya Photography
I met Marisa years ago while working at the Miss LA Chintatown Pagent. She was on the royal court as a princess and I was working on beauty services. She is such a wonderful women and when I found out she was getting married I was super excited for her. Marisa & Mason met back in college at a gathering. They have some great stories to tell. They are so made for each other, both being so sweet! They got married in Hawaii but live here in Southern California. When they got back I connected with them to do a wedding portrait shoot. They were both so much fun to shoot and now they have tropical photos and rustic photos for their wedding! Enjoy the photos!
Engagement: Alex + Courtney | Carbon Canyon Regional Park | Orange County Wedding Photographer
Alex and Courtney’s shoot was on a cold rainy day but we were able to get everything done before it started to rain hard, yay!
Wedding: Chris + Maggie | The Holding Co | Los Angeles Wedding Photographer
Engagement: Bill + Kat | Newport Beach Wedding Photographer
When I shoot an engagement session I always tell the couple to choose a location that represents them as a couple. Bill & Kat are such a sweet couple and the location they choose meant a lot to them. The lifeguard stand was where they had their first kiss! Very special! I can’t wait for their wedding this April!
